Advanced Production Equipments

R&D takes a space of 3000m2, including Resin Synthesis Laboratory, VPI System Laboratory, Chemical Analysis Laboratory andPilot Workshop etc. We benchmark with worldclass levels and have equipped with over a hundred sets of top ranking research and testing equipments, including an intelligent temperature control system for the laboratory, differential scanning calorimeter, universal testing machine, salt spray testing machine, rheometer etc, with a total value of 3 million USD. In terms of production equipment, we recently invested in 20 sets of automated production lines, enabling fully automatic intelligent control of raw material conveying, feeding, dispersion, and filling. Meanwhile ,we also introduced a DCS control system to automatically handle abnormal feedback based on the input data.
